Job Description

As Business Development Manager at South Lincs Foodservice, you will be responsible for new sales growth with a focus on independent businesses across all sectors of foodservice providers. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and build strong customer relationships to maximise revenue opportunities.

Salary:

37,000 - 40,000 base salary dependent on experience + car allowance + uncapped bonus

Location:

Home / Field based covering Nottingham / Leicester

Role Essentials



Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and product development, to deliver customised solutions that meet the unique needs of our potential customers. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay informed with market developments and adjust strategies accordingly. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with new accounts to ensure mutual profitability and long-term partnerships. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports , and presentations to senior management, highlighting key achievements and opportunities for improvement.

Who we're looking for



Proven track record of success within Foodservice, ideally at sales manager level You will be a dynamic and motivated team player Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft office suite Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive sales growth and achieve and exceed targets. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
