Pitch is excited to be partnered with a standout agency in the Leicestershire area. This impressive team are looking to add a brilliantly ambitious Business Development Manager to their team.

Offering full-service marketing solutions to a range of global B2B brands the agency already has a strong hold in their specialist sectors, however they\xe2\x80\x99re looking to grow beyond this and offering their exceptional skills to a wider market. They offer an integrated solution for clients across PR, digital, content, design and strategy, working in true partnership with their clients on a long-term basis.

As the lead business development person for the business you\xe2\x80\x99ll:

  • Drive and manage the full sales strategy, executing all aspects of a business development plan inline with business goals.
  • Creating, identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for the business
  • Work closely with potential clients, executing a value-based sales process, identifying clients\xe2\x80\x99 pain points and scoping out a compelling solution.
  • Pull together and coordinate the right pitch team to support with client proposals and pitch meetings.
  • Oversee all sales activity with a commercial approach to pipeline building.
