Role Overview




Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for international growth and innovation in the Aerospace & Defence sector?


As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving global sales across a diverse portfolio including aerial delivery systems, naval decoy systems, and through-life support.


This is a high-impact role focused on shaping the future of our business by developing new markets, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute winning strategies to secure new international business. Identify, negotiate, and close high-value opportunities across core markets. Build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and agents. Lead outward-facing initiatives to explore new routes to market, including collaborations with major

aerospace and defence primes.

Represent the company at global trade shows, military trials, and industry events. Drive customer-centric innovation by supporting product development and engineering teams. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines. Champion our brand and capabilities in the Defence Aerospace sector.

What We Expect



Proven success in international business development within Aerospace & Defence (Military/Civilian

Aerospace, Maritime, or MRO).

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of defence procurement cycles. Willingness to travel internationally multiple times per month. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing overseas agents and navigating cross-cultural environments. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, agile team setting. A proactive, hunter mindset with a drive to win and grow.

Qualifications & Experience



Proficient in MS Office (especially excel) and familiar with formal sales processes. * Hold or be Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
