Responsible for selling Verdantix research, consulting and data driven solutions across an international client base. This is a growth opportunity, and you will be working with some of our existing research products, as well as our new data products. You'll be part of a company that is committed to rewarding everyone's efforts and expertise, a central player in the future success of a small growing business where you are listened to, and your contribution really counts.

Salary opportunity is

55,000 - 60,000

depending on experience level, plus a very competitive quarterly uncapped commission scheme.

This is a hybrid role which requires 3 days a week in the office during probationary period, and will decrease to 2 days upon successful completion.

What you'll be doing..



Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets for market research subscriptions, consulting projects and event sponsorship Building rapport with target technology and software firms and relationships with senior managers in corporate positions Identifying custom research and consulting opportunities that address prospective clients challenges Managing the end-to-end sales process from name development, prospecting, in person meetings, proposal writing and contracting Forecasting bookings and undertaking detailed planning to achieve quarterly and annual bookings targets Drafting high-quality proposals aligned with customer requirements When possible, attending industry events and trade shows to network with potential new clients. Identifying market needs in new segments and presenting them to the Verdantix management team for investment in research products Employ a team selling, consultative approach to accelerate the sales process

What we're looking for..



Degree educated with experience in a new business sales role 4 to 5 demonstrable experience in solution and/or conceptual selling environment, across research and / or consulting propositions, with at least 2 years carrying a quota of ~500K annually. Experience working in a small firm environment where every individual's contribution has a tangible impact on overall company performance. Commercially and financially astute, comfortable managing pipeline activities and forecasting to sales management Fit into the results focused, collaborative Verdantix culture and will be comfortable working in a small sales team which follows conceptual selling methodologies. Independent and proactive approach to both sales activity targets and sales bookings targets Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills Experience with Salesforce CRM desirable
