Artek is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Business Development Manager
to lead the company's growth initiatives. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding Artek's reach across various industry sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, sales, and communication skills to support Artek's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Artek's market presence.
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with Artek's objectives.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to promote long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
Lead the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Represent Artek in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
Monitor performance against sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
