The Role




You'll be joining the Business Development team that is responsible for expanding Ravio's dataset and benchmarking scope, which forms a crucial part of Ravio's business growth and aims at delivering more value to existing and new customers.


You will be directly responsible of understanding benchmarking requirements of Reward leaders in our current and desired customer base. Together with the wider Ravio Team - like Senior Leadership, Marketing and Product - you will help shape future expansion plans and a business development campaign. This could, for example, contain an expansion to a new industries or geographies.


By leveraging your existing Reward network, attending suitable conferences, and active conversations, you will be responsible for bringing onboard new companies on to Ravio.

This in turn, will help Ravio unlock more benchmarks for set audience, as well as expand our footprint in a new vertical or country.


Given the nature of this role, you are a self-starter, a true networker with a genuine interest in reward and people orientated.

We're looking for an individual that:



Is eager to modernise the compensation space and has long standing expertise of the job at hand Feels comfortable in actively engaging in the Reward community and is able to tap in to and invest in his (in)direct network Has an entrepreneurial spirit with innovative initiatives to raise awareness of Ravios expansion campaigns Has the ability to excite reward leaders of the future of compensation management Has the dedication and ability to guide Reward teams through their internal stakeholder management and vendor onboarding process

Your Key Skills



10-12 years of experience in total rewards

within the tech industry as either in-house professional or external consultant

Solid network in Rewards

that you have invested in during your time in Rewards

Ability to navigate

different stakeholders requirements and the vendor onboarding cycle

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 51,000 - 71,000 (OTE 66,250 - 88,750) Company ownership (everyone gets a meaningful equity stake in Ravio) 37 days paid time off (25 days holiday + 4 wellness day + 8 public holidays) Up to 6% pension matching scheme 60 a month wellness allowance (Invest in your physical wellbeing, on us) Private healthcare cover with AXA Personal travel insurance - just in case Income protection insurance (for full peace of mind in case you cannot work because of sickness or disability) 16 weeks fully paid birthing parent leave, followed by 4 weeks at 50% pay & 8 weeks for non-birthing parent
