Maintain current customers relationship and identifying to focus on prompt service in regards to customer who does online business through eBay , Amazon and others online platforms .

Contacting customers to establish a business relationship and meet with them such as drop off and pick up services.

Development new sales areas and improving sales through various post office methods

Research the latest in the post office business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business

Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers , insurances and profit goals

Train junior colleagues to improve sales goals and meet expectations of the post office

Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive

Improve stakeholders engagement and satisfaction level.

Monitor google review and identify area of improvement and take necessary measures to improve customer satisfaction.

Also, manage social media profile on daily basis.

Working closely with area manager to improve service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 33,500.00-34,500.00 per year
