dynamic, commercially driven Business Development Manager
to spearhead growth through new partnerships and client acquisition across the luxury and corporate travel sectors.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact opportunity to play a key role in Atlas Jet Charter's growth journey. You'll be responsible for expanding our presence across the
luxury ecosystem:
from high-end concierge companies and private members' clubs to luxury hotels and private security firms, while developing and nurturing relationships with
UHNW and corporate clients
.
The position is
remote
, but you'll be expected to
travel regularly across Europe
for meetings, industry events, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with luxury concierge firms, private clubs, luxury hotels, and private security or lifestyle management companies.
Build and grow a portfolio of ad-hoc private jet charter clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Manage a qualified sales pipeline and deliver against defined revenue targets.
Create tailored charter proposals and negotiate commercially profitable agreements.
Collaborate with operations and flight management teams to ensure flawless client experiences.
Represent Atlas Jet Charter at major aviation, travel, and luxury industry events across Europe.
Maintain accurate reporting of all business activity and performance metrics.
About You
Minimum
3+ years' experience
as a
Business Development Manager
in
private aviation, luxury travel, or UHNW client acquisition / partnership development
.
Proven success establishing partnerships within luxury sectors such as concierge services, hospitality, or private clubs.
Strong
commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
.
Credible, polished, and confident engaging UHNW clients and senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated and results-driven.
Working knowledge of aircraft types and private jet operations advantageous.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Aviation, or related field
preferred.
Additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Arabic, or Russian) are a plus.
