We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager from Security Industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new security business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with the new clients, and driving growth within the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of software solutions, particularly Salesforce.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new security business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and client requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications
Proven experience in security business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong understanding of software solutions, with experience using Salesforce being highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
