Flexible working and/or business hours Monday to Thursday, 9am-5.30pm, Friday 9am-6.00pm (40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch)

Salary-

: 40,000- 45,000 (dependant on experience) with OTE 55,000

Position Overview



A high performing Business Development Manager, working to achieve Housing Hands ambitious new business acquisition targets and working on growing existing customers.

A typical week as a Business Development Manager might include:



Identify & propose new Enterprise PBSA/Letting Agent/Build to Rent (BTR) business opportunities

Connect & qualify agreed targets

Explore and present Housing Hand products, in collaboration with senior sales management

Ability to communicate and influence up to C-Level.

Feedback, insights of "the student and working professional rental market" to Sales Manager and Sales & Business Development Director, as well as the Housing Hand management and executive team

Work with CX for Initial onboarding of Housing Hand products and processes

Actively participate in on-going training and development

Attend team meetings, industry fairs and conferences

Maintain HubSpot database of prospective customers, including pipeline and actions against activity.

Work closely with other functions within Housing Hand

Actively promote Housing Hand's services and brands

Experience



Minimum 5 years in a similar Business Development role

1-2 year's experience working within the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Build to Rent (BtR) or large lettings agent group optional, but not essential.

Proven success in generating new business in large enterprise businesses

Great administrative skills, good numeracy.

Experience working with a CRM package, such as HubSpot

Pay: 40,000.00-55,000.00 per year
