We're looking for a

dynamic Business Development professional

to take our

Banking Sales division

to the next level - driving growth, forging meaningful partnerships, and positioning our innovative solutions at the forefront of the

Treasury and Trading

space.


This is your chance to work directly with the

CEO and senior leadership

, influencing strategy at the highest level while collaborating with our talented teams across

Product, Consulting, and Engineering

. Supported by a dedicated sales support team, you'll have the platform, resources, and creative freedom to make a genuine impact.


What you'll do:

Shape and execute a forward thinking sales strategy aligned with our CARE values - Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and expanding our footprint across the banking technology sector. Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation and demos to proposals and deal closure. Collaborate cross functionally with Product and Marketing to strengthen our value proposition and maintain a competitive edge. Represent the brand at key industry events and client meetings, positioning us as a trusted thought leader. Report directly to the CEO, providing strategic insights and recommendations that shape our commercial success.

Requirements:

Proven success in software sales within banking and financial services. Strong knowledge of treasury, trading, and financial networks. Experience in B2B software sales, ideally with long term, consultative contracts. A track record of exceeding targets and driving significant revenue growth. Expertise in pipeline management and modern sales methodologies. An entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, commercially savvy, and driven by results. Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills. Experience leveraging marketing to generate leads and elevate brand presence.
