Job Scope
We're looking to hire a Business Development Manager on a part-time basis, to help lead London Structural Repairs into its next phase of growth as a multi-disciplined structural repair company, delivering high-value projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the construction or civil engineering industries, and a solid understanding of structural repair methods and practices. They'll take a strategic role in identifying opportunities, developing and implementing business plans, and guiding the company's direction as we scale. This person should have proven experience in business development and growth, with the ability to build relationships, conduct market analysis, and drive results through clear strategy and execution. They'll work closely with the team to refine our brand positioning, advise on recruitment and structure, and track progress against clear targets. We're looking for a strategic, proactive, and commercially minded individual.
Skills
Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the construction or civil engineering industry.
An understanding of modern structural and concrete repair methods is preferred.
Experience with conducting and presenting market analysis.
Ability to manage your own time and prioritise workload.
A proactive approach with a strong drive for results and achieving targets.
