Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share and revenue
Identify potential clients and establish lasting relationships through networking, meetings, and presentations
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support sales objectives
Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business deals
Maintain a thorough understanding of organisational products/services to effectively communicate value propositions
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation's brand
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the relevant industry sector
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data and identify growth opportunities
Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards achieving targets and overcoming challenges
