? About the Role
We are looking for a proven SaaS Business Development Manager who thrives on winning new business, running engaging demos and closing deals. This role is not account management. It is about building trusted partnerships, showing customers the value of our platform and driving revenue growth in a rapidly expanding sector.

What You'll Do
Drive new business growth by prospecting, pitching and closing SaaS deals with customers in real estate, construction, property and land
Deliver engaging 30 minute product demonstrations, both virtual and in person, that show the impact of Searchland's platform
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation and closing
Build strong relationships with decision makers, adapting your approach to different audiences
Provide clear feedback and insights from prospects to help shape our product and customer journey
Collaborate closely with founders and the wider team to refine our go to market strategy
Represent Searchland at industry and networking events to grow your pipeline and brand presence
What We're Looking For
Essential
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales
Experience working in PropTech, Real Estate, or Planning
Proven success running live product demos that convert into closed deals
A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong experience using CRM software, ideally HubSpot
Confidence in managing a full sales cycle and presenting to varied stakeholders
