What You'll Get to Do

Work with the leading provider of Bohemian crystal masterpieces for the most prestigious projects around the globe Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand and strengthen our presence in the UK market Establish vision, create business plans, and set a strategic direction to achieve growth targets Lead initiatives to elevate the brand presence and promote the excellence of Sans Souci Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales Conduct market analysis and research to identify opportunities and anticipate trends Collaborate in a truly international environment and contribute to the company's long-term success

What You'll Bring

Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Fluency in

English

(Czech language is welcome but not mandatory) Proven track record of success in business development (minimum 3 years), ideally within the

luxury goods

or

lighting industry

Strong business acumen and understanding of local market dynamics Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strategic mindset with the ability to meet targets and adapt to evolving market conditions Passion for innovation, creativity, and premium design Team spirit, maturity, and exceptional interpersonal skills
