Silverstone Business Consulting Ltd is a small-medium sized accounting firm incorporated in January 2022 with its registered office located in Moorgate, London. We have a sole director of the firm who is a member of ACCA and AIA and have many years of experience in accounting and tax industry. We provide a full range of services including accountancy, business advisory and taxation services. From the first stages of starting up your business to bookkeeping, payroll, annual confirmation statement filing, filing annual accounts and tax returns, we are always here to support and direct you as needed. Our firm is specialised in providing accounting and tax advice for various types of businesses including Chinese exporters and importers who are selling online and also have a physical presence; retail, restaurants, construction companies and property management. Our vision for the business is to provide high quality accounting services to clients and we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality services that are personalised to their needs in London.
Due to ongoing business growth, we are currently seeking a talented and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnership channels, community and industry engagement, digital marketing and lead-generation initiatives;
Conduct client needs assessments to recommend suitable service packages that align with clients' business models, size, operating structure and compliance requirements;
Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships to improve satisfaction, referrals and long-term retention;
Contribute to branding and marketing activities, including social media content planning, webinar or seminar support, and partnership promotions;
Develop a deep understanding of the company's service offering, including corporate compliance requirements and cross-border e-commerce tax regulations, and deliver professional presentations and explanations to potential clients
Skills
Previous experience in business development, sales or client relationship management, preferably within consulting sector;
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently;
Ability to understand and communicate professional services clearly and confidently
Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage due to client demographics
A background in business, marketing or related fields is desirable.
