We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst seeking new prospects
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives
Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyse customer data
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to maximise revenue streams
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management
Experience
Proven track record in business development or sales roles within a similar industry
Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or comparable platforms
Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and client relationship management
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that align with organisational goals
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders
Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets
