Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements



Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry sector. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets. Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans accordingly. A recognised qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
