About Us

CN Consulting Ltd is a London-based real estate company specialising in residential sales, lettings and property management. We are expanding our business reach and are seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen landlord portfolio acquisition and strategic referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and maintain partnerships with relocation firms, housing referral agents and community property networks to bring in new landlords and property listings for CN Consulting.

? Expand the company's managed property portfolio by presenting service terms to prospective landlords and securing onboarding agreements.

? Manage and follow up on business enquiries routed through partner agencies, relocation contacts and housing networks.

? Attend landlord networking events and industry meetings to strengthen CN Consulting's market presence and attract new landlord instructions.

? Track listing conversion and landlord onboarding outcomes and report progress directly to the Director.

? Contribute to CN Consulting's wider business growth by supporting landlord portfolio expansion and long-term revenue development objectives.

Requirements

? Proficiency in English, additional languages are advantageous, such as Mandarin, Cantonese, and Arabic.

? Experience within the real estate sector, particularly in business development, landlord engagement, partnership management or market expansion activities, is highly desirable.

? Strong communication and professional networking ability.

? Confidence in representing the company externally and presenting service proposals.

? Proven ability to manage long-term commercial relationships and structured acquisition pipelines.

What We Offer

? Competitive salary of 48,000 - 53,000 depending on experience.
