Act as the key coordinator for complex growth projects, ensuring timely and profitable execution
Translate the company's long-term vision into actionable, sustainable business initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate new restaurant location opportunities through demographic analysis, market research, and site viability assessments
Lead negotiations for leases, property acquisitions, and commercial agreements related to new outlets
Plan and oversee the business-side launch of new locations, including licensing, local marketing, and initial staffing coordination
Manage end-to-end expansion projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Develop and grow catering operations by forming partnerships with event venues, wedding planners, corporate clients, and hospitality partners
Expand retail and product distribution channels by negotiating with supermarket chains, distributors, and wholesalers
Establish and manage strategic partnerships that support long-term growth and brand presence
Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, HR) to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives
Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Prepare feasibility studies, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, expansion, or strategic growth roles
Background in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or multi-site operations preferred
Experience with site selection, lease negotiations, or commercial agreements
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from concept to execution
Strong understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory requirements
Ability to analyse demographic, financial, and market data to support decisions
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to travel as required for site visits, partner meetings, and launches
