Faros Capital is growing into a strategy-led tax and advisory firm for business owners and complex B2B clients.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive acquisition of large B2B clients and support the next growth phase of the firm.

Your role



Attract and convert high-value B2B clients Build and manage a pipeline of long-term advisory engagements Position Faros Capital's tax planning and strategic services Work closely with directors on proposals and onboarding

What we're looking for



Proven B2B business development or sales experience Background in professional services (tax, accounting, advisory, consulting preferred) Consultative, relationship-driven approach
Package

Circa 50,000 total compensation (base + commission)

Hybrid role (London + remote)

To support delivery, an additional accountant will be hired to service these new large clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-55,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London EC4M 7LF
