Working withinan allocatedgeographical area(Central and East Midlands),collaboratingclosely with partners to ensure mortgage cases meet criteria and progress smoothly from application through to completion. You will keep intermediaries informed of product updates, stay current with market trends and regulatory changes, and actively seek ways to enhance the sales process and overall intermediary experience. As the BDM for this area, you will analyse business activity and provide feedback to management, represent the business at industry events to drive growth and strengthen brand presence, and foster strong internal partnerships. You will alsocoordinate with marketing on external engagements and consistently work towards meeting sales targets while delivering exceptional service standards. Desired Skills & Experience Essential Excellent communication and people skills. Good project and time management skills with fine attention to detail. Highly self-motivated and proactive The ability to work in a fast-moving environment where priorities sometimes change. Able to manage competing deadlines You must be comfortable working to a brief, as a member of a team as well as on your own You should demonstratecommitment and a positive, professional approach You must have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint You must have a good understanding of the buy-to-let mortgage market Must have a driver'slicense which is valid in the UKand have access to a car (car allowance provided) Desired A future leader in the making whilst working in a collegiate environment The desire to succeed through collaborative commitment whilst also not being shy to want to stand out from the crowd from time to time. Location & Logistics Contractually home based with field requirements. The head office is based in Victoria central London where you will be required to travel once a month for a centralized Sales meeting. This role is reporting to the Head of Sales (South).
