Key Duties
Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Provide basic career consultation and guide clients through available services
Maintain and update client records, spreadsheets, and internal databases
Handle backend administrative tasks to support daily operations
Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and workflow improvements
Support business growth by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience
Requirements
6-12 months of experience
in customer service, business operations, consulting, or a similar role
Strong communication skills and a professional approach with clients
Confident using
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Comfortable working with
Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms, and Google Colab
Ability to multitask, stay organised, and manage time effectively
Problem?solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative
