Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Manchester UK

Employment Term: Permanent

Salary: \xc2\xa365,000 plus 30% annual bonus

SRG are working with a Molecular Diagnostic company who are looking for a Business Development Manager who can generate revenue for all their products. The company is passionate about the opportunity to play an important role in the diagnostics and treatment challenges presented by Global Health issues.

The Job

This position is responsible for generating revenue for all products by finding, driving and supporting distribution channels in key target markets. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Product Manager, Business Development Director, Marketing Manager and external distribution channels to devise strategies to approach existing and future markets for the products, including securing funding streams from relevant private and governmental channels in those markets. The Business Development Manager will be required to support customer interactions and technical enquiries.

This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel, including international, up to 75%.

Your Experience and Background

• Suitable business or scientific degree
• Knowledge in Molecular Biology or a similar field
• Proven commercial background in a relevant medical or clinical setting - IVD or POC
• Experience with securing Health Service funding
