The Role

We are seeking a full-time

Business Development Manager

to join our team. This is a hybrid role which gives you the flexibility to work from home, but you'll be required to attend office days as needed, due to this applicants must be able to commute to Manchester City centre. Your main goal will be to drive business growth by developing new client relationships and leveraging your existing network.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success. Utilize your personal network to grow our client base. Meet and exceed sales targets and monthly performance goals. Work collaboratively with the team to develop and execute sales strategies. Provide feedback and ideas to enhance our sales processes and client experience.

What We're Looking For

A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales or business development. A strong personal or professional network, with the ability to generate leads. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a laid-back but target-driven environment. Ambition to grow with the company and take advantage of progression opportunities.

What We Offer
