A base salary of 40,000 to 42,000 (dependent on experience)

The Business Development Manager will
Report to the General Manager's and have a dotted line to the Head of Sales for support
Manage and drive sales strategy
Be commercially astute, have experience of P&L and Budgets
The business mix is from predominantly Corporate and MICE, knowledge of other sectors would be an asset eg Associations etc
Produce monthly reports identifying new pipelines
As Business Development Manager you will have
Experience of being a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Sales etc
High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
A strong commercial outlook,
The flexibility to visit clients, when necessary
Be tenacious, self-motivated, proactive, can-do attitude
Excellent customer care, communication, account management and negotiation skills.
You must have worked within hospitality, currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
