About the Role
Due to continued growth we are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager from the Aluminium Industry to join our expanding team.

As a Business Development Manager you will play a key role in shaping our vision to be the first choice of every aluminium extruded profile challenge
Primarily you will be identifying sales opportunities through to conversion.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer services skills and a be strong influencer and negotiator which includes face to face.
This is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership and deliver measurable results in a growing, technically focused business.
You will manage our HubSpot platform, oversee content creation (including photo and video editing), work with external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.

What you will doing:
Identify aluminium sales opportunities through to conversion, qualifying the customer requirements
Ensure commercial terms are favourable to the business, using standard die and stocking agreements where appropriate and standard terms and conditions
Follow up on opportunities passed from marketing initiatives and collaborate with Marketing Manager to co target opportunities in new markets
Attend marketing based events such as exhibitions and industry based events
Responsibility for the CRM (Hubspot) for opportunities and record progress and set tasks adding key documents such as drawings and other information
Report progress on leads/prospects to the Sales Director
You will work very closely as a team which includes the Marketing Manager and Customer Success
What we are looking for
We are looking for a confident, experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in driving sales
You will have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet challenging sales targets
B2B Field Sales Experience (5 years advantageous)
5 years experience within the aluminium industry
Full UK Driving Licence
Willing to travel regularly
Other Information
This role is remote but will require occasional travel to Head Office in Crownhill (Must be commutable)
0900 - 1700 Mon - Thur
0900 - 1615 Fridays

Starting Salary: 50,000.00 per year (Depending on Experience) - Plus uncapped commission
