The Role
We're looking for a
Mobility Business Development Manager
to join our High Wycombe HQ. This is a commercially focused role where you'll drive new business across all service lines. You'll work from the office and also travel nationwide to meet with prospects, customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target and win new business opportunities
Sell the full suite of MCVR products: rentals, leasing, rent-to-buy, and vehicle sales
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners
Create tailored proposals and present solutions to clients in person and virtually
Work closely with rental operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Use CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) to track leads, pipeline, and performance
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Support on-site rental operations as required (especially during peak periods)
What We're Looking For
Experience in
automotive sales
, vehicle rental or fleet leasing
Knowledge of both
cars and commercial vehicles (vans/LCVs)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and people skills
Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
