Job Description

Eliesha is an experienced training provider, specialising in leadership and management. We are the preferred L&D partner to a diverse range of global public, private and third sector organisations, designing and delivering successful learning interventions and development programmes for more than 20 years.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to work with us, to help us develop, drive sales and grow our business.

You will identify new business opportunities, develop significant knowledge of Eliesha's UK-wide client base, analyse markets, and present our products to potential and existing clients.

You will:

Create sales strategies for our products and markets

Research and source potential business opportunities and contacts

Help to prepare and submit formal business tenders and proposals

Identify partnership opportunities Follow-up live leads and help us to secure business in new areas, sectors and industries Develop this role, develop yourself and help us develop as a business.
A bit about you (we are looking for):

Proven experience in B2B sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, focused, target driven and forward thinking with a passion for exceeding expectations Ability to work on own initiative Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ambitious and persistent

Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally

Commercial awareness

Willingness to travel, as and when the role requires

You will be working out of our head office in Newcastle Business Park initially, with the option to work 2 days per week from home following 6 months' service.

You will also be working, or have worked, in a similar role and ideally be educated to degree level.

We are a small team, so you will work closely with colleagues across the company. There will be opportunities for further training and development, for you to increase your skills and to stretch yourself.
