Job Title: Business Development Manager Specifier

Department: NBS (a Hubexo Product) Specifier New Business Sales

Reporting To: Head of Business Development Specifier

Location: Hybrid UK

Salary: Competitive + Commission



Overall Purpose



Drive new business growth across the NBS product portfolio by identifying and engaging construction professionals and product manufacturers. Youll act as a trusted advisoreducating prospects, reigniting interest from former clients, and securing new sales opportunities through consultative conversations and product demonstrations. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives on building relationships, exceeding targets, and influencing industry decision-makers.



Key Responsibilities



Deliver new business sales revenue in line with monthly and quarterly targets.

Proactively identify and contact new and former clients using calls, email, social media, and networking.

Secure online or in-person appointments with decision-makers and influencers.

Conduct engaging product demos and presentations (virtual or face-to-face).

Follow up diligently on leadsboth internally generated and self-sourced.

Communicate the value of the full NBS product suite to meet client needs.

Manage all sales activity using Salesforce CRMupdating records daily.

Build credibility by becoming an expert in NBS products and market trends.

Represent NBS at industry events, both virtually and in person.

Maintain high standards of communication, administration, and follow-up.

Collaborate closely with internal colleagues to support client success.
