Summary



We are seeking five Business Development Managers to join our team in Northampton. This role involves expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence, contributing directly to our growth ambitions. Based in Northampton, you will play a key part in shaping our future success.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and expand existing accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients. Utilise Salesforce and CRM software to track sales activities and manage client information. Identify new business opportunities within the tax consultancy sector. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted outreach campaigns. Present tailored solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating value and expertise. Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of market developments.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development or sales within professional services or consultancy sectors. Strong proficiency with Salesforce and CRM software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of tax consultancy or R&D tax relief is a plus, but not mandatory. Drivng licience and car required.
