About the Role
I'm currently working with a well-established and rapidly growing organisation specialising in the installation, maintenance and repair of Roller Shutters, Automatic Doors, Gates, Barriers, Turnstiles, Blockers and Bollards across the UK. Due to continued expansion, they're looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing sales team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a field-based, customer-facing role. You'll be responsible for:
Developing new business and converting leads into installations
Conducting site surveys and preparing accurate costings and quotations
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting company growth strategy and identifying new opportunities
Reporting forecasts and maintaining all sales data in the CRM system
Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in surveying and selling Automatic Gates & Barriers (essential)
Brings proven success in front-line sales with excellent conversion rates
Is self-motivated, energetic and customer-focused
Has strong communication skills and attention to detail
Holds a full clean driving licence
What We Offer
Salary: 50,000 to 52,000 (DOE)
