We're Queensbridge Estates - a fast-growing property investment business working with developers and investment partners across the UK. Our focus is sourcing and distributing high-performing residential developments, helping investors secure strong and reliable returns.
We already have a strong network of introducers and partners across the UK and overseas, and now we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help take our partner relationships and sales channels to the next level.
What You'll Be Doing:
This role is all about building partnerships and driving activity. You'll be the face of our B2B distribution, working closely with introducers, brokers, and property firms who help place investors into our schemes.
You will:
Build and nurture strong relationships with introducers, brokers, and distribution partners
Identify and onboard new partners to support sales growth
Confidently present our developments and value propositions to partners
Negotiate commission structures and commercial terms
Manage your own partner pipeline and report performance regularly
Work closely with our in-house marketing and sales teams to support partner success
Attend property and investment events, networking meetups and expos
Keep up to date with the UK property market and investment trends
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and genuinely enjoys the commercial side of the industry - someone who knows how to open doors and build profitable relationships.
You should have:
2+ years experience in property, investment or B2B sales
A solid understanding of the UK property market
Strong communication and presentation ability
A proactive attitude and confidence approaching new partners
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Drive to hit targets and grow earnings
