Now, we're looking for a

Business Development Manager

who can turn that story into pipeline -- someone who thrives on connection, insight, and smart outreach.

The Mission



Your mission is simple:

Generate a consistent flow of qualified, high-value discovery calls with eCommerce brands that are the perfect fit for Social Nucleus.

You'll use our thought leadership content, case studies, creative audits, and performance insights to start meaningful conversations -- not cold calls or spray-and-pray outreach.

What You'll Do



Revive dormant leads

from our database (tens of thousands of contacts). Build relationships, re-engage interest, and get them back on calls.

Target dream brands

we want to work with in 2026 -- using creative audits, Looms, and insight-driven messages to earn attention and build trust.

Run consistent, daily outbound activity

across LinkedIn, Instagram, and email -- reaching out to brands daily with personalised, value-first messages.

Test, track, and iterate

messaging -- know what angles, assets, and verticals perform best, and adapt in real-time.

Collaborate with our internal marketing team

to request new assets, case studies, or creative support to improve outreach performance.

Support pitch preparation

by researching brands, reviewing ad libraries, and contributing insights to proposals and decks.

Feed back learnings

to the leadership and marketing team -- helping shape who we target, how we talk, and what we show.

Who You Are



A driven operator who loves building relationships and starting conversations. Experience in sales, business development, or outreach for agencies, SaaS, or B2B brands. Skilled in social selling -- you understand how to use LinkedIn, email, and social media to connect, not spam. Analytical -- you don't just send messages, you track what works. Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRMs for pipeline management. Confident communicating with eCommerce founders, marketing directors, and brand owners. Ideally, you have a good understanding of

paid advertising

and

creative strategy

-- or you're eager to learn quickly.

Compensation & Progression



Base salary:

2,500-3,500/month

(depending on experience) Plus OTE Clear progression path to Sales & Growth Lead within 12-18 months
