Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on business development activities.
Utilise Salesforce software to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a relevant industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in using Salesforce software or similar CRM tools to manage client relationships.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
