The Opportunity

As our Business Development Manager, you will:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across our legal and associated companies Build and maintain strong client relationships -- from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. Plan, prioritise and manage your own diary across companies, delivering results with minimal oversight. Report regularly to the Group Director on activity, pipeline development and achievements. Represent Kempton Redman and associated companies at networking events, client meetings and industry gatherings.
This is a role where your initiative counts. You'll be trusted to shape your approach, bring creativity to your outreach and act as a key growth driver for our business.

What We're Looking For



You'll be a standout candidate if you:

Have a proven track record in sales and business development (B2C, B2B, professional services or related sectors). Excel in working independently, driven to exceed targets without micromanagement. Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Can manage your own time and priorities across multiple brands and stakeholders. Are confident presenting to prospective clients and negotiating commercial agreements.
