We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the organisation's overall sales strategy. Duties
Identify and engage new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Build long-term client relationships and understand their business needs.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account growth.
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that support business growth.
Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data.
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality.
Strong industry knowledge and existing UK hospitality connections.
Relationship-driven approach with excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and part of a team.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and digital sales channels.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client engagement.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are desirable but not essential. We are offering uncapped commission for this role
