Job Title: Business Development Manager - Real Estate

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion across the UK. This role focuses on developing opportunities in the real estate sector, including property sales ,letting ,management and building new partnerships nationwide. You'll play a key role in identifying new markets, sourcing property resources, and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand property industry ( letting ,sales,management and other business across the UK.
Identify potential clients, agents, and business partners to grow our network.
Explore new market opportunities and resources within the real estate industry between Uk and China
Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service throughout the business process.
Achieve business targets and contribute to long-term company development.
Requirements:

Proven experience in property industry , business development, or related fields.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English (Mandarin is necessary ).
