Lithe People is the Talent practice of Lithe Consulting Ltd (T/A Lithe Transformation). We're now looking to take the practice to the next level by hiring an experienced and well-connected Recruitment Consultant who can hit the ground running, and interested in developing their careers with us.

What we're looking for:

A minimum of 2 solid years experience in a technical market. We're not too bothered what that market is, but you need to be both an expert and well-connected in it. Special interest for us would be banking/finance and fintech, public sector, and defence - but we're open to anything. We're also especially interested in recruiters who either live or operate in the Gulf region Contract recruiters are more of interest than perm at the moment, but the door is very much open to amazing permanent recruiters as well A grown-up! Someone who can work on their own and motivate themselves to be at their best without a line manager breathing down their neck Career stability - if you've had more than 2 employers in the past 4 years you're probably not the right person for us Confidence over arrogance. We're a pretty humble bunch at Lithe, and that goes from the owners downwards. Someone who is more concerned in telling everyone how good they are or how much their earning than helping others to achieve their goals probably won't be right for us General experience - we don't know everything, and we want someone who can show us new tricks as well as vice-versa An innovator. We're creative, and we like people who are also creative in their approaches to doing business and overcoming barriers
What you'll be doing:

This is a business development role, heavily focused on sales. You can choose whether or not you want to fulfill the 360 degree role and resource your own candidates (we can provide that function for you - and we're very good at it!), but the primary focus of this role is sales.

Networking - you'll be constantly making new connections, meeting with people even if there's no immediate benefit. The more connections you have, the better for you and us. That goes for clients and candidates alike Meeting clients - we're massive believers in face-to-face meetings, their role in the sales cycle, and in increasing our footprint within established accounts. You won't be targeted on it, but we'll happily give you the time, resources, and encouragement to go meet them, wherever they are geographically
Package on offer:

In terms of basic salary we're open (within reason) to discuss your requirements. Our commission package means that the more profitable you are, the more you will earn, and it's ground-breaking like a lot of things we do. There's also a pension where we match your contributions at 5%. Lithe is a remote-first company, so it goes without saying that you can work from home, 100% - or we might entertain a local co-working hub if that doesn't suit. Or you can work from the small office we have in Brighton, either hybrid or full-time, it's really up to you.
