Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role is vital in driving growth by expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence. Based in GB, you will play a key part in supporting our company's mission to provide top-tier refrigeration and air conditioning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver the national sales strategy
Grow revenue across retail, food service, cold chain, and commercial sectors
Manage key accounts including contractors, consultants, distributors, and end users
Lead major contract negotiations and support tenders
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Work closely with engineering, service, and operations teams
Prepare forecasts, pricing, and sales reports
About You
Proven sales management experience within
Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or HVAC
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Good understanding of the sector regulations and sustainable solutions
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable with national travel
Full UK driving licence
