Position Overview: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing company and to build a long-term career. This is a fast-paced role working with multiple brands. This position has limitless earning potential and is solely new business focused. The Role:
  • Generate New Business.
  • Working closely with the Company Directors to deliver a key part of the sales strategy.
  • Implementing \xe2\x80\x93 where relevant - national business plans.
  • Be the first line of commercial contact for new business.
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve issues and maximise opportunities.
Performance Measurements:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI\'s.
  • Deliver against distribution, volume and other commercial metrics.
  • Deliver product distribution growth.
  • Implementation & execution of National Promotional Activity.
  • Ensuring an effective journey call plan is developed to meet business and customer needs.
The candidate:
  • Minimum of 3 successful years\xe2\x80\x99 sales experience.
  • The ideal candidate will be a passionate and driven salesperson.
  • Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Target driven with good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well with others, network and build relationships.
  • Strong selling & negotiation skills \xe2\x80\x9cmore for more\xe2\x80\x9d.
  • Demonstrate solid business acumen.
  • Competent in using customer data systems.
  • Comfortably present to all levels.
  • Show strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Establish rapport and build relations across all levels.
  • FMCG background advantageous
Remuneration:
  • Basic salary \xc2\xa327,000 - \xc2\xa330,000
  • OTE to \xc2\xa340,000 uncapped.
