The Role
As Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving new business and scaling growth. With a powerful product already gaining organic traction, you'll bring strategic vision, energy, and a passion for building partnerships. You'll represent the brand at national conferences and events, while also playing a key role in marketing campaigns, prospecting, and client engagement. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, mission-led tech company.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Partner with the co-founders to shape and execute dynamic sales and marketing strategies.
Lead targeted market research to identify priority sectors and build engaging sales collateral.
Proactively generate and convert new business leads within the residential care sector.
Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
Own the full sales cycle--from pitch to close--with confidence and professionalism.
Collaborate with product and design teams to tailor high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
Be the face of the brand at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Stay ahead of social care industry trends to uncover fresh business opportunities.
Provide excellent after-sales care to support client retention and satisfaction.
Play a key role in growing and shaping the wider Business Development function.
What We're Looking For:
A proven Business Development or Sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience selling SaaS or tech solutions.
Strong network or background within Social Care, Healthcare, or related sectors.
Confident communicator, strategic thinker, and natural relationship builder.
