proactive Business Development Manager
to bring in new clients, secure contracts, and help grow the business.
This is a
part-time role (20 hours/week)
to start, with the option to move to full-time based on performance.
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in the heart of the UK. In this pivotal role, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients, contributing significantly to our mission of providing sustainable waste management solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the waste management sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services effectively.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the waste management or related industry.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
What You Get:
Base salary:
12,000-14,000 for 20 hours/week
Commission-based earnings
: 250-1,000+ per month possible
