Key Responsibilities
Deliver volume and value targets as a key member of the Commercial team.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, present ESP Utilities' value proposition, and qualify opportunities.
Prioritize leads and opportunities to maximize efficiency and impact.
Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the sector.
Negotiate commercial contracts in line with company policies and guidelines.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in business development or sales within the multi-utility sector (gas, electricity, water).
Strong technical and commercial acumen, ideally with an existing network aligned to our D2D strategy.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment.
Exceptional time management and planning skills.
Confident communicator with persuasive presentation abilities and a tenacious approach to achieving results.
