Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven

Business Development Manager

to lead the growth of NOCN Group's qualifications, end point assessment (EPA) services, and skills solutions across a designated region. In this role, you will manage key strategic accounts, build strong partnerships with employers and training providers, and create new opportunities that support our mission to deliver high-quality education and skills outcomes.

Key Responsibilities





Deliver sales targets agreed in the business plan for your area. Monitor and report on all sales and business development activity for your geographic region, reporting into the Group Head of Business Development, SLT and the Board. Plan and prepare presentations on NOCN Group products to sell our service to employers and providers. Communicate new product developments to prospective clients. Ensure that sales income is increased in line with allocated annual business budget/organisational targets. Proactively identify and develop opportunities for new streams of income from potential clients or contracts.

About You





Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy Educated to Level 4 minimum, ideally in a related discipline (Award / Certificate / NVQ / Diploma / Higher Apprenticeship / HNC / CertHE) Experience of working in education or related discipline Experience of proactive cold calling Recent experience of Account Management * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
