About Us

Monaflex is a leading manufacturer of hot vulcanisation systems and associated tooling used across multiple heavy-industry sectors, including Aggregates & Cement, Construction, Agriculture, Logistics and Mining. Our systems are used worldwide in industrial conveyor maintenance and tyre repair operations.

We are expanding our Business Development team and seeking a technically minded, experienced sales professional to support growth across existing and new markets. MVS Ltd is based in the UK but with a global customer base. The location of this role is flexible.

Responsibilities

Develop business within specified sales regions through market research, networking and industry events Demonstrate strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques and strategic planning Identify and convert new business opportunities while retaining and nurturing existing customers Achieve sales volume, revenue and customer satisfaction targets in line with strategic plans Provide a world-leading customer experience and champion the Monaflex brand Visit customer sites internationally (conveyors, quarries, workshops, mines, plants) Attend trade shows and industry events as required Compile and share accurate sales reports and analysis Attend and contribute to in-person team meetings when required Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations and product development Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions to support strategic decisions

Experience

Proven track record of driving growth and building strong customer relationships in relevant industries Comfortable working in industrial settings (OTR tyre shops, quarries, plants, workshops) Natural mechanical aptitude; engineering or technical qualification advantageous Knowledge and/or experience in the commercial tyre and/or conveyor markets Willingness to travel internationally and work from home where necessary Organised, self-motivated and proactive, with a strong focus on achieving targets

Desirable

Hands-on experience in conveyor and/or OTR tyre repair Knowledge of industrial safety standards and experience applying H&S protocols Additional languages: English essential; Spanish or French an advantage
