SALTO Systems is hiring a Sector-Specific Business Development Manager to lead sales growth in the UK's residential living space.

Do you thrive on winning business through long-term relationships and offering cutting-edge technology solutions?

You'll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities for SALTO's access control Wecosystem - trusted by residential operators, developers, and student accommodation providers globally.

What You'll Be Doing

Identify and engage operators, developers, and PBSA providers across the UK Present smart access technology solutions that improve security and operational efficiency Lead the full sales process from first contact to proposal, demonstration and close Manage your sector-specific sales pipeline and use CRM to track activity and performance Attend relevant trade events and forums to promote the SALTO brand Report to the Sales Director and collaborate with technical colleagues and marketing

What You'll Bring

3+ years B2B sales or business development experience (PBSA or Build-to-Rent advantage) Experience selling solution-based products or technology Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders and asset managers UK driving license and flexibility to travel when needed
