Kudos Contracts - Business Development Manager
Role Description
: Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and preparing sales strategies.

Hybrid Role - through our Manufacturing site based at Rotherham, South Yorkshire and our showroom based in Clerkenwell, London
Route to Market:
This role will be selling Kudos Contract manufactured products into specific markets
Contacts within Public Sector, Student Accomodation, PRS,Education, Hospitality markets would be beneficial.
Contacts within Interiors Design/Architects practices would be beneficial also, though not essential.
Our preference is to focus growth through working with a few specific clients rather than a scatter gun approach
Key Responsibilities Include:
Actively identify, generate, and pursue sales leads and opportunities.
Establish, develop, and maintain client relationships.
Visiting clients and prospective clients to evaluate and discuss their needs.
Promote and highlight our products and services through multiple channels.
Preparing and submitting sales quotations
Proactively manage a sales pipeline, with a mix of prospects from across a variety of channels. Demonstrate an understanding of your pipeline in terms of prioritising opportunities, moving them through the stages and ensuring you are managing your activity in order to achieve your revenue targets
Coordinate post-sale activities.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets.
Expectation is to deliver 750k-1k of new business in first year;
Increase wallet Share of existing Client Base;
Desirable Background:
Sales experience in the contract furniture industry
Sales experience within manufacturing
Consultative approach to selling.
Pro-active approach to sales
Proven history of generating, building, and managing a sales pipeline
.
