Are you a driven field sales professional with a passion for growth, innovation, and relationship building?
If so, I am working with a leading manufacturer who specialise in engineered surfaces (decorative materials) who are looking for a Business Development Manager - covering Edinburgh and Glasgow.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence for a range of premium products. Taking ownership of designated territory, building relationships, identifying opportunities and working closely with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and growing a strong customer base across key markets
  • Understanding customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity and product developments
  • Support customers with guarantee and product queries
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
About you:
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the sanitaryware or bathroom sector
  • Strong market knowledge and established industry relationships
  • Commercial acumen with a flair for sales strategy and negotiation
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skill
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to travel within your territory; including occasional overnight stays.
