We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to drive our strategic growth in the residential conveyancing market, based rom our head office in Solihull.
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and strategic business development professional to play a pivotal role in expanding our residential property portfolio. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving new business, building strategic partnerships, and positioning NPS Law as a leading conveyancing provider in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business and work streams for the firm's residential conveyancing department
Build and maintain robust relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other key referral partners
Systematically review and qualify incoming work and referral opportunities
Collaborate closely with the New Business team to monitor, track, and optimise referral performance
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential property sector
Develop and implement targeted business development strategies
Meet and consistently exceed quarterly and annual business development targets
Prepare comprehensive business development reports and presentations
Represent NPS Law at industry networking events and professional conferences
Essential Requirements
Proven track record in sales and business development within the property sector
Extensive knowledge of the residential property market and current industry trends
Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes and legal frameworks
Demonstratable experience in relationship management and strategic partnership development
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Confident and professional networking capabilities
Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital business development tools
